GUIDU was founded in 1983, and specialized in R&D, production, sales and service of power semiconductor devices. The main production cover Bi-polar series of thyristors, diodes and power modules, which are widely used in electrical, chemical, metallurgy, mechanical, transportation and other industries. The company is launching new packaging line of IGBT/FRD modules and new R&D center for SiC/GaN devices and its applications. GUIDU is a national high-tech enterprise and certified with ISO9001 and ISO14001 qualifications. It is also one of the governing units of the China Electrical Equipment Industrial Association (CEEIA)-Power Electronics Branch. The production workshop covers an area of 40,000 square meters, with the establishment of 5,000 square meters of thousand-grade clean purification plant.
